Solo Queen!
These are a bunch of pictures of Iailey doing her solo. They're not in the exact order of her dance. Her solo is to Somewhere Over The Rainbow, and it is the sweetest dance. She has worked so hard and Friday she competed in Logan. She looked so beautiful and performed it amazing. Some of the judges comments where: Super Cute! Great Smile! Perfect aimless focus-beautiful feeling, lovely and unique-left me wanting more! Beautiful, creative, very true authentic emotions! I've been so proud of all her effort she has put into it and it paid off! She won Queen! She was so excited, as was mom and me(tears started running down both our faces when they announced her as Queen, thank heaven she was down on the floor and couldn't see us or she would of made fun of us) we were so proud! She called her dad to let him know and he was ecstatic also, very proud dad! Baby girl you are so beautiful inside and out, We love you so much and are so proud of you! Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

This is her friend Masi that's a year younger than her. She also did a solo this year. They are so cute together. They are always giggling and hugging each other, while Masi's mom and I are having a nervous breakdown. We need to take some lessons from the girls on how to relax, I mean whose dancing in front of a huge audience, you would think us mom's as nervous as we get.

She just had to blow her nose!
I was busy putting on my make-up when after a few minutes
I realized that it was really quiet. Anyone that has a toddler
knows that if it's quiet something's going on that shouldn't be.
I knew it could only be one thing in the bathroom, so I grabbed
the camera and walked around the corner and this is what I found.
As soon as I came around the corner she hurried and put the toilet paper
up to her nose, like she was blowing it. This had been the 3rd roll of toilet paper
wasted in only a couple of weeks, so she knew trouble was on it's way and played it off.
Amazing that she knows how to work me at such a young age.
I was in a hurry this day so she got to sit and play with it. She thought it was great.Tuesday, April 6, 2010

St.George & Las Vegas
We were excited to go to sunny St. George for baseball this year. I decided to leave Ellidy with mom for two reasons. Number one the long ride down there she would of hated and number two I wouldn't get to watch Easton play because I would be too busy chasing her. Thank you mom for watching her it made the trip a lot easier. Unfortunately Easton got sick the night before we went down there, so he didn't really play the first day. What he did play was a scary and great moment though. In the last game we were winning and our pitcher was starting to struggle. There were runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out and their big hitters were up. Matt likes to give me a heart attack, and puts Easton in to pitch. Ah yi yi! His first pitch he threw a strike, the next pitch was a little wild and got away from the catcher, luckily they were on top of it and ended up getting the kid out that tried to steal home! Okay now all he had to do was strike this kid out and he did! Whew! We won both games that day. The next day didn't go as well we ended up losing both games by only one and two runs. It was a bummer. Oh well next year we'll be back and ready to win the tournament.

Saturday we headed down to Las Vegas for something to do. It worked out great because Justin and Sarah were already down there. So we caught up with them and got to hang out with them for the day. It was so fun to see them and check out some of the sights in Vegas with them.
This is the biggest chocolate fountain. We were all in heaven looking at it. So Cool!

The M&M factory is always fun, but we spent way to much time there because Iailey had to find a souvenir from there.

This was way neat to, they made a model of the statue of liberty out of jelly beans. Those are all jelly beans.
My favorite place the Bellagio! Every season they change this indoor garden and it is always spectacular!

Super cute pic of Justin and Sarah!

The bumblebees are made completely of flowers. Amazing!

I can't remember the name of the artist that does the blown glass, but his artwork is in a lot of big cities at different monumental sites. Absolutely gorgeous!

Iailey's 9th Birthday!
When we seen that Ryan and Ashleigh (from So You Think You Can Dance) were coming to Pocatello, Iailey was so excited! It was the day after her birthday that they came, so she asked for that for one of her birthday presents. They gave a 3 hour workshop. Originally it was supposed to be hip hop and ballroom, but Ashleigh's shoulder was still hurt so they only did ballroom. Iailey hasn't ever done ballroom, but she did amazing. They taught a cha-cha. There were about 25 -30 people there and they pulled Iailey out and had her show all the older than Iailey people how to do a move they taught the crowd. Ashleigh laughed and told them that this little 9 year old had more attitude (in her moves) than all of them put togther. At the end when Iailey had her pic taken with them, they said that I should put her in ballroom and keep her at it because she was a natural. I was so proud of her, she did so well and did look so cute doing it.

I don't know why I'm so cute?
I don't know why I'm so cute? That's what this pic reminds me of. It is so cute, though.
Easton and Iailey dressed her up in Iailey's clothes, yes those are Iailey's jeans,
and they thought it was hilarous that she was running around in them. They kept bugging me to
take her pic. I'm so glad they did because I have this super cute pic!
She was so funny with this stuffed animal this day. We were getting ready to leave and she kept insisting on hugging and kissing it, so I finally zipped it up in her coat. She thought that was great and she just kept kissing it. She had it in her coat for a long time and I decided to run and grab the camera before we left to get a pic, of course once I had the camera she ripped it out of her coat. She still took it with her and kept kissing it. She is getting the silliest little personality, it's so cute, I love it!
Giving the puppy kisses!
